I've checked all the usual catalogs, classic lines, inline tubes, but nobody sells a replacement hydraulic clutch line for a '60 F100. Does anyone know who might sell these things?

Marc:

NAPA has a catalog of brake hoses, and in the back is a section with hoses by description.  If I remember correctly, the clutch slave hoses use brake line type fittings.  You should be able to match up the fitting sizes and hose length and come up with one that fits.
