I just bought a rebuild kit my 57 T Bird Bendix power steering control valve, it has 2 rubber bushings and what looks like a thin black rubber band.  When I took my valve apart it had none of this (maybe why it was pouring fluid). Does anyone have a picture or diagram of a rebuild.

Suggestion-Get a 57 shop manual.Very useful especially when doing something like overhauling the control valve.
