Hard to make out which part you are looking for from pic.Is it a bushing that the shift rod sits in at the arm off the transmission or up top where the rod goes into the shifter arm on the steering column?

It's a bushing that the shift rod sits in at the arm off the transmission. It looks as if the shift rod has a step in it where the bushing would have slid onto it and bottomed out holding it in place, while going through the arm, held on with a cotter pin. I hope I can find it. I will take a better picture today.
