I have the Vintage Air setup with alternator that runs one belt.If I was doing it again,I'd find a different system. The belt has so little contact on the compressor and alternator that I have keep the belt tighter than a fiddle string.Alternator bearings only last about 15,000 miles with the belt that tight.

Most of the aftermarket A/C kits use one belt to run the alt, water pump and A/C compressor/ sounds like to much load for one belt to me /I would like to hear from anyone that has one belt runing all and if they would do it again/ Im going to put A/C on my 55 vic this winter and I wanted to do it right/car has a one sheeve harmonic balancer with the power steering pulley/I can fine two sheeve balancer but I not sure what two sheeve water pump pulley will work/ I don't think any of the y block had a two sheeve water pump pulley
