Just picked up the Classic Trucks mag again and reread the 94 carb ad which states "Cast, machined, and assembled in the USA". Edelbrock, Summit and Jegs only state it is machined and assembled in the USA. So I am still wondering about the sourcing but more inclined now to think it is a USA unit as opposed to the China units marketed by others.

I got the latest Classic Trucks mag today. Edelbrock is running an ad saying their new 94's are available. Went to the Summit website. They are only offering a primary carb for $400. I carefully read their catalog description. It says "machined and assembled in the USA." Nothing about where or what the casting is from. They are also listing rebuild kits, power valves, fuel blocks, air cleaners, etc. Nothing on a new intake manifold. In fact, the Summit list of Edelbrock Ford intakes ends at 1953 and starts again for 1958. Flatheads and FEs only.
