so i have the stock 2v on my 239 right now. it runs fine but after the engine is shutoff it leaks where the linkage is attached to the carb. it only does it for maybe 10 seconds. ive read that the float may need adjusted to solve this problem. maybe a seal is bad ? also where can i get a good rebuild kit. dennis carpenter has one for 30 bucks. thanks

First of all, clarification is needed of what the vehicle is? A model # for the carb would also be helpful. Often members go out ft there way to try and answer a question here, only to find out they have wasted there time, due to insufficient info..

You're probably not gonna find anymore #'s, except 94 & venturi size. I just cleaned up several of these carbs and I can't find any extra #'s. Gary
