in a perfect world, you could attach at the axle on one side (at the radius rod lower attachment point) and at the frame on the other side at the lower radius rod attachment point. With rod ends and attention to geometry - the diagonal would firm things up and never cause a bump steer problem.

But don't hit the oil pan.

The panhard bar is best solution but what are best attachment points in axle?

Have you got a close up shot of your front axle setup? You may want to add a panhard bar to keep the car from "floating" over the front axle. Also get some short hot rod type front shocks. Chuck

In our younger day's back in Pennsylvania, My Brother and I would attend races set up at the local Super Dollar parking lot, and watch cars like yours, and we did so enjoy..

There was a movie made many years ago called Gum Ball Rally, where the main charactors, one who is a writer for a rag here in the States, They made negative comments about a ride entered in the rally that looked similar to yours..They did not think that a ride like that should be in a elite race as the Gum Ball Rally..

Brother and I own/operate 1957 Ford Fairlane 312/4x2 and two 1963 Falcons 302 rollers carburated 600cfm, FE427 sitting in shed..

Yeah, it was really scary feeling when speed was about 100 km/h it want to steer right and then suddenly to left. But when speed was over that it went again straight  and after finish line on braking it did same again!!! Anyhow it was very fun to drive it!!

We finally went to airfield strip at Kauhajoki / Finland and Jyrki drove 17.5138 with 123,39 km/h as the best run. We couldn't push hard all the way because of the front spring swaying from side to side at the end. Dangerous but fun machine to drive. One could say " Unsafe at any speed" but

If the spring would not create that problem, I belive that we could have gone to the high 15s or at least low 16s.

Now we just have to resolve that spring thing and then it is Rock'n roll all the way....
