A scammer just recently tried to scam me on a lower front bumper for a 1956 mercury from the UK. Interesting they didn't have any pictures of what they wanted to sell but would sell it to me including shipping from the UK for $150.00 and being excellent condition. All I had to do was send them money thru western union. They saw my add in the international mercury mag.

Guys, i,m glad my hesitant note about the latham has raised some eyebrows, good work!w00t

And only £1300. That's a bargain! Must be because this one is only a '57 engine, not a T-Bird engine.

There's definitely something fishy going on.

You might remenber this eBay add for thr Thunderbird 312 engine Tim posted a while ago

http://www.y-blocksforever.com/forums/Topic52584-6-1.aspx

Its now on a Craigslist add in London.

http://london.craigslist.co.uk/pts/2143193044.html

After reading aussiebill"s comment about the Latham supercharger also currently being offered on a Craigslist London add, thoght it should be duly noted that the scammers are working hard in the New Year.

Beware
