So have some thoughts.  Lookin to build a 292.  My thoughts 292+0.040, crank stroked to 3.48, chev rods (6.250"), regular flat top pistons and ecz-c heads cut to 70cc camber.  On the EAGLE rods site calculator shows with my number would be 9.1:1 comp and 314 ci.  Any thoughts from the knowledge bank out there.  Looking to build a torgue motor and somehing different.

Aftermarket piston?  What pin height being used?  The aftermarket scrub rods will have a 0.927” small end so there’s a need for a corresponding wrist pin in the piston or the rod small ends being rebushed to the Ford 0.912” pin size.
