can anyone steer me in the right direction to buy some 1.625" exhaust tube with a bendable wall thickness of .085" to .125" Napa only carries .049" wall thickness pipe and it is too thin to bend the tight radius i want to fabricate headers.

The bender companies sell the benders and dies but I cannot find the Tube anywhere, I have exhausted myself searching.

Billy, In the US I'd send you to Summit or Jegs. they sell straight or preformed bends.

I did check their sites a while back and from what I can remember (which ain't much) they only sold small pieces for ridiculous prices. I wanted to buy a bundle of 10 or 20' sticks. and I am not sure if they had the correct wall thicknesses but I will check them again.

Anyone know who Midas's supplier is?

I have been to several similar sites and Patriot is probally the cheaper one that sells kits as such. But I am not looking to buy prebent pieces, I want to bend my own. I just want a supplier of 10 ft sticks with the correct Diameter and wall thickness. most of these companies sell the straight pieces by the foot and I find it pretty pricey, not to mention they can only ship 3 or 4' peices maximum length. at 7.85 per foot for some of this, it gets pretty pricey for 10' when I can buy 10' sticks from NAPA for $25.00, just not the correct wall thickness to bend easy.

one more thing, I went directy to the Walker site that supplies 90% of all the parts outlets and muffler shops and I am not even finding it there.

I have a brand new set of headers I was given thats fits cleveland and M's and they are the correct thickness and have really tight bends.

Anyone know any suppliers for these header makers?

Not yet but I will give them a try. I spent about another 3 hrs searching yesterday. I found some potential ones but most still want to sell 3 or 4 ft sticks so they can Fedex or UPS them.
