as a follow up on my header project, I checked speedway motors cat. online , Old Bill Smith , long collector and preserver of hot rod parts, carries new y block exhaust flanges for $24.95  ,  offy valve covers, distribtors, etc. also sells the reamer for putting late model disc brake  spindles on 50's fords and mercs too. if he sees people buying stuff  , I am sure he would carry more !
