I originally installed Champion spark plugs in my 292.  We just had it apart and on one of my Champion plugs the porcelain was broke on the bottom electrode.  So I bought a whole set of plugs and decided well maybe I will try Autolite.  I found that the Autolite plugs stick into the compression chamber farther and are longer on the outside.  The only issue with that is they are vary close to my headers now.  Little to no air gap between plug boot and header.  My headers are wrapped but I was wondering if anyone else has noticed that and if anyone has suggestion if one is better than the other.

Very common problem with champion plugs.
