Oldmics: Sorry, I completely forgot you have blower cams. Oldtimers disease?

Sparky: The standard cam was the standard cam for all '57 V8s. 18-58, 66-10, lobe lift .272 and .285, duration 256.. The optional cam was 32-78, 72-38, lobe lift .290 and .290, duration 290. Apparently some of the over the counter blower cams were re-boxed various other Y performance cams, all sold as B7A-6250-C. The cam I have in my Bird has B7A-C stamped in the rear journal, but it doesn't fit either of the above specs. As I remember it is 270 degree duration, and is an excellent street cam. All Y blocks in '57 had 1.54 rockers. John Mummert sells a blower grind cam, but I don't know if it is a true copy of the 290 Ford cam. Also Dennis K. has documentation of a 302 degree blower cam but none have been located.
