On this subject, there seems to be a lot of interest in converting to aluminum radiators both here & in auto magazines. Interesting, because while it is apparently easier to fab aluminum rad replacements than conventional copper/brass rads, according to a recent article in a car magazine, there's little evidence that they are any more efficient than conventional units, other than possibly being a bit lighter. Further, aluminum is much more prone to corrosion problems than copper/brass. It will be interesting to hear how these aluminum rads perform, in the long run.

My vote goes for Griffin also...they are pretty happy to modify an exisiting design per your design, also. I put a Griffin in my '60 (and my Father in-law's '65 Mustang) and have never looked back.
