I have a couple single exhaust spacers for the DS. Been saving them from the metal salvage, but eye them before each trip. Would send one for the postage if you end up needing it. I can surface it before mailing.

I found a dual exhaust manifold in my garage with a heat riser. Wonder if the heat riser would be the same as a single exhaust heat riser with a crossover.w

I think the car and truck spacer would be the same, I don't know of any difference in the crossovers for these.

Well I ended up taking the guts out of it but while doing that it cracked in half. It was very brittle and most likely needed to be re surfaced. So now what do I have to do? I dont know where to find another one nor does anyone make a spacer for the pick ups.

Yeah it has a lot of slop and as much as I clean it its the same way and keeps binding. I was told just to fut the butterfly out since they dont make a blank spacer for the trucks.

It should open fairly easily against the spring pressure.Probably partially seized. You can buy a blank replacement spacer for the cars.Dont know about the trucks.

I plan on keeping the single exhaust with crossover on my f100 until I can afford the rams horns manifolds. I bought all new gaskets and what not but I noticed the passenger side manifold has a heat riser. I noticed the heat risor doesnt open up much. How much is it supposed to open up? Is there a way I can ditch the riser? If so what can I use and where could I get it?
For the thermastat what brand and what type should I get? It doesnt get too cold here in cali so I dont need anything crazy.
