                Tim, Without seeing the head, that's a lot of corrosion to be leaking. It may be able to be welded. Check with a head shop or engine rebuilder. A replacement C1TE head shouldn't be that hard to find or a set of more desirable heads. You can turn a bad experience into a positive by buying a set of G or 113 heads you'll gain some efficency. cheers Warren

                You can use any YBlock head ( 54 excepted because of compatibility problems)and it will fit the block and intake.  But you will have to deal with different valve sizes, different compression ratios, different port  sizes.
