Someone sent me a PM which I cannot reply to, so I'll answer it here.  The rod squirt hole is installed toward the outside of the crankcase, it is drilled at an angle to squirt oil onto the opposite cylinder wall.  The rod bearing lock tabs also must be installed toward the outside.  I would not drill the cam bearing holes.
