I have obtained another 3 speed toploader model 303 tranny setup for a Y powered Ford truck.  Is there a way to use a hydraulic clutch on this and how would I go about getting it done?

I think the 57 thru 60 F100's used hyd clutchs. The master cyl and slave cyl are available from MAC's or any of the other F100 suppliers, but I'll bet that NAPA might still have a listing. The slave cyl just bolted to the bellhousing with a rod back to the release bearing fork. Pretty simple setup.
