Found one on Ebay. I did a lot of looking around and came to the conclusion that there really wasn't another pulley that would work assuming you were still keeping the larger belt. I would have bet that there was. Wrong again.

On some versions of the Y-block engine - a small block Ford double groove like this one - will work using the forward groove.
The back one can be machined off if the front one does the job. Mota parts often show up on Amazon for a reasonable price.

So, in my previous post I reworked my generator to an alternator. Taking a shortcut I decided to use the old belt and it shortly broke. What luck it turns out, my water pump pulley is completely cracked and stress fractured at the base.
I did a search and couldn't find anything on another application that would fit. I assure you there are no y-blocks in the local salvage yards.
Any ideas? Anyone have one to sell?
