Well winter is around the corner so started taking my original 272 apart. Confirming it is a 272 +0.030 so 276ci. It has fel-pro gaskets? I believe they are a blue colour? So have my other 292 +0.040 so 298ci so plus 22ci. EZE-C heads milled for 9.0:1 with a mild cam and updating to an Autolite 2100 (from holley 94) and roughly looks like 0.047" squish. So anyone know what roughly I should be expecting cranking compression to be? Original 272 was 110lbs all around. And if these 272 were roughly 167hp in 1956 any idea what I might be making for power? Also have reds shorty headers and 2 1/2 duels for it now.
