Charlie, we should be in that general area. You won't miss the y block vehicles. Are you sure you only want to leave friday? We're leaving Thursday 7am. You'll need to practice Friday and you would miss the evening meal Thursday.

I won't be able to race this year. I don't have seat belts. I don't have a coolant catch can. I don't have time to get either installed in time. I haven't done any tuning because the fuel pressure is not stable. I don't want to take the chance that it's too lean. If I can't figure out what's going on with the fuel pressure the truck won't be there.

I didn't realize there is a meal though. Is there a meal only on Thursday? It's probably too late now anyway. I can probably get the day off but the hotels are probably booked. A friend's coming with me. He may not be able to take Thursday off with such short notice.

I don't expect to arrive until 6:00pm or so Friday. It looks like the track is closed at that time.

Actually, that's the Hotel I'll be staying at Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night.  I think I'll just stick with the plan.  There should be plenty of time to meet all of you guys in person.  I need to work Thursday so I can have more money to spend on the truck.  In addition to the fuel pressure, I have to finish the fuel cell install, re-torque the heads, check the valves, change oil, check gear oil.  I'll be busy.
