Hi guys,

I finally got my hands on the remanufactured rocker arm assemblys I got from a friend, and while the assemblys look very good, have brand new shafts and all, I noticed a strange thing. All the rocker arms have a bronze bushing inside. I fugure they were worn, and the remanufacturer (Four Star Engines and Parts) installed bushings inside to compensate this.

My doubt is if the bushings can handle the extra effort of dealing with double valve springs and the stock oiling system on a Y-Block rocher shaft.

Had never seing someone intalling bronze bushings inside the rockers.

Any imput??

Thanks!!!
