Interestingly, Vintage Speed, claim in a roundabout way to being the original manufacturers of these covers. $255 seems a bargain to me.
Makes the seller of the set on eBay out to be an idiot for those that know. He interestingly doesn't claim that they are early pieces from what I read.

Thats a better deal. Buy them from Vintage Speed, beat them up a bit, paint the grooves and sell em on EBAY for $1500. Lets do it!  Chuck
