I got some lines from Fine lines and they fit perfect. I don't know if they have lines for your truck.



Transmissions of this era usually use 90 weight gear oil. The best source of info is a shop manual.

Just found rusted out brake line from the master to the 3way piece

Has anyone made their own brakelines on a 57 f100 or similiar?

Or whats a better option ?

No i havent driven it yet there are some issues i need to deal with first likechange out fluids get carb andfix brakelines so any help is appreciated thanks guys

I take it you aren't driving the truck? A column shifter is normally a 3 spd. The exposed flywheel is because someone did not screw the metal cover back on. Not a huge issue. What oil? Someone else here may have an answer on that ?

All right guys another question i was told my truck has a 3 speed tranny but not sure

The id plate says trans A. And the trans has a74 w: marking it has a column shifter but i still cant fgure it out please help Also what fluid should i run in it and how much

I think its missing part of the housing cuz flywheel is exposed on lower half pleeeze help thanx
