hi all, new to the forum and could use some help. My father in law is restoring his 1956 F250 and upon pulling the heads we have found cracks in both. I have found a 1958 F6 with a 292 that I could get ahold of for a steal. My question is, can I use the heads on the 292 on the 272 block. I think from my research that the stroke is the same but the bore is obviously bigger. I would just swap motors but we would like to keep the motor as close to the original as possible.
