proper tool would be a…Stud removal tool. wont tear them up

Try double nutting them. Put on two nuts, lock them togather with two wrenches in opposite direction then use a wrench on the bottom one to unscrew the stud. Soaking with a good penetrating oil overnight should help and if all else fails some heat on the head. Chuck

does anybody have any ideas how to get the studs off of the intake manifold? i cant get them off with a vice grip
