Checked the Mummert site and the Eickmans book, Eickmans has a small list of cams but I was working on a 57 truck motor and the cam has EDB on it and no B5A-6250- A,B, or C numbers, which isn't listed in his book. Is there a listing anywhere of cam specs for different cams used in Y's other than the Eickmans book? or does a EDB cam fall under one of the B bla bla bla 6250 numbers?

Billy, the EDB cam is correct for a 57 engine. It should have around 209 degrees @ .050" lift. All other Y-Block cams except the blower cam are 196 @ .050". Lobe lift is around .282" intake and .286" exhaust I have more accurate numbers if you need them. I know of no exact replacement for the EDB cam. The stock replacement cams available through parts houses are of the smaller variety.
