Looking to change my Twin point Mallory (Mechanical) Magspark distributor in my 312 Mercury Can anyone tell me, I've found a NOS Ford remanufactured truck distributor Part No c3tz-12127-k it states on the box suitable for 1958-64 292 F100/700, C550/700 & F350/500 2V Carb will this be a suitable fit for my 4V 312 Mercury? I realize I will need to supply vacuum from the intake manifold for the vacuum advance but will this be a suitable replacement?
