Hello all

So, just got a new fuel sender from Larry's Thunderbird for the 55 Bird. Got the 6V unit not even thinking that it may not like our 12V system. Is this true or do the senders care? I've verified weeks ago the gauge is good and the sender is for sure dead. Was going to install the new sender this evening and got to thinking, is the new sender going to "burn out" since we're running a 12V system? If so..........what are my options??

Thanks!!
