i was looking over some old cars in the woods the other day and came across a 59 ford on its back.the bottom ball joints had a large nut and screw built in.it wasnt hard to figure out you loosned the nut and turned the screw which had a slot in it to take out any play.anyone know who made these.

Champ Items Inc of St.Louis MO was one of the manufacturers I have seen.



They were a two piece ball joint with the bottom half adjustable.
