But it is not to read what is the difference between these two intake.

I know that the foot is different. What else makes B better as some assert?

Is B higher and has better flow?

The ECZ-A 4v intake is 1956 while the ECZ-B 4V intake is 1957 thru 1964.  As Charlie mentions, the ECZ-B does have improved air flow over the ’56 intake.
