I've just acquired a neat '56 Fairlane (Parklane) station wagon and am at wit's end trying to get the turn signals to work.  Someone has removed the flasher but there do not appear to be any cut wires to which to attach a new one.  A friend has a '56 Cutomline and his has a brown and a blue wire going to the flasher.  My harness from the steering wheel and turn signal lever has no wires that match those colours.  Can someone tell me how to hook up my turn signals using the original lever and indicators?  Thanks!
