I have a modified 312 ready for its first fire up, Mummert pocket ported heads, B Manifold modified with matched ports, Holly 600 cfm dbl pumper, 57 exhaust manifolds matched ports

I have a vintage mallory and a stock 57 dizzy's with points for now. ( looks like vacum canister on the 57 dizzy is the shim type, has one brass shim)
I need a starting point advance curve to set up the dizzys, also have access to a sun machine.

You might try this one from Les Ritchey published in "Ford Performance Handbook" by Ray Brock in the early 60's for the 56 and 57 260 and 270 hp dual four 312's using the 10° plate p/n COTF 12210-B. The advance curve in Dist Degrees/Dist RPM: 1.5/250, 5/400, 8/550, 10/725, using a 10 to 14° lead. Jerome
