* * * Merry Xmas Everyone * * *

We have a stock "63 Y Block distributor in our 312 Intercepter Motor.Due to a slow response in the low revz, I recently plotted the cetrifugal advance curve which turned out to be really late (kicks in at 2,000rpm,maxed out at 5,000rpm with 25deg centr.advance). I'm assuming that this dizzy could have been off a marine/industrial/stationary motor?.

Does anyone know of a supplier of advance spring kits to modify the std Y Block dizzy, OR has anyone had success with other spring kits that are compatible with the Y Blocks ? ? ?.

Thanks In Advance:BigGrin from Louie & Chris Pooley , NZ.
