says: "Noisy when pedal is three-quarters to fully depressed: If noise occurs only when the pedal is 3/4 to fully depressed with the engine running, the probable cause is misalignment between the engine and flywheel housing or a loose or worn pilot bearing or bushing."
Does it sometimes, not each time I depress/release the clutch pedal, no other noise or symptoms, car moves out okay when clutch pedal is fully released, does not make noise when shifting from first to second or second to third...
Noise is best described as "clattering", "choppy", "metallic..." sounds like a worn bearing-type noise, but not continous, only when depressing/releaseing the clutch pedal... and then only sometimes...??
What tree should I be barking up?
thanks,Mark
