Hi folks!

I have a 57 ford custom 2 dr. sedan with a 292 engine. The car is a 3 speed stick and the flywheel takes a 10 inch clutch. I can't seem to find anywhere I can buy a oem style 10" clutch kit I.E disk , pressure plate, and TO bearing. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I've tried NAPA, Autozone Rock auto and checked the internet. Except for finding $350.00 racing clutches witch I surely don't need! Any help would be appreciated!!

I just checked Dennis Carpenters online catalog.Looks like he has everything you are looking for.denniscarpenter.com. Have a look at the 52-59 Ford Edsel catalog under "transmission and clutch".

If given a choice, opt for a Ford Oilite pilot BUSHING- they don't self-destruct like today's white box (offshore) bearings do. Just be sure to soak in oil a day or two before installing.

The kit that Oldcarmark found will take some beating. I have used roller bearing pilot bearings included in this kit for years. The kit even comes with an alignment tool.

I would jump on that kit at that price.
