Tom, I have several sets of G and 113 heads, but they are all as removed and need to be checked for cracks and reworked. I looked in your profile and don't know where you are located. I would not want to buy heads with out looking at them myself and shipping a piece of scrap metal that heavy around the country don't make good sense. I am just south of Montgomery, Al off I65, if you are close enough, I will be glad to show you what I have.

Tom,

Have you considered the NOS Brazilian heads Dennis Carpenter is selling? Though lower compresion/small valve/non-posted, they have large ports with thicker decks and likely could be milled more than earlier examples. With oversize valves installed, they may flow as good as "G" or "113s" at high rpm, and you would be starting with new, high quality castings.

I am in Austin, TX, Glenn.  Sent a PM but have not heard back.

Willing to pay you for cost of magniflux in advance even if they don't pass.

Would have to know more about the performance of the Brazilian heads even if there were a set in the states at a reasonable price.  Also, wlike something relatively soon and have done business outside the US so know the delay of ocean shipping and customs.

Tom: Just for info, as far as I know, Carpenter has the Heads in stock in N. Carolina. They appear in the catalogue... J. Mummert has oversize valves in stock for them. Apparently the Heads are very good quality, but are prepped for the smallest intake valves...
