look up this website. vs57.com.  now, this is my opinion, anytime you pressurize a motor, you should use forged pistons, but i like to over build things so. take that as you will. as for the cam, prolly just use a t-bird blower cam. should work for ya. others will chime in here and  tell what they use. some actually have turbo setups so they are gonna be more helpful than me.

Bill simple answer is up to five or six lbs you could do cast. Retarded timing octane boost etc. I'd recommend forged after that or even at that level if you're going to push the motor at all.

As Frank said, cast is doable.  The F codes were equipped with cast pistons from the factory so the engineers were comfortable with this with the factory tune.  Forged does add an extra amount of robustness especially if the tuneup isn’t dead on or you decide to push it a bit harder later.

Regarding camshafts, because of ‘blow thru’ during the overlap cycle, I prefer a minimum of 112° lobe centerline with a blower setup.  Randy Gummelt’s Y powered dragster engine was an extreme case with 15 lbs of boost and used a camshaft ground on 114° lobe centers which still performed surprisingly well with a carburetor during breakin.

If you’re going with production pistons, you’re likely going to be stuck with the factory 5/64” rings.  If opting for a custom piston, then go with a more modern thin ring design, have the top ring lowered some more on the piston, and specify a thicker deck in the piston top.

What Ted said. I'd seriously consider an aftermarket cam with the 112 deg centers. You won't need a lot of intake lift /duration, but I think you will find more duration and lift on the exhaust side will help your power, while a reasonable intake will make it more streetable..
