My turn signal flasher works but is way too fast...I've searched a lot of info but none seems to be conclusive. Which one is the correct one...Thanks

Did you check to see if all the lights are working?

May be a heavy duty unit. Try a standard duty unit.

Yep, my 56 Victoria has always (like 13 years) flashed too fast also. All lights working.

I believe that a heavy duty flasher will actually slow down the flash rate slightly due to it's ability to handle a higher current load (i.e when towing a trailer).Either flasher should give satisfactory performance. I was experiencing erratic flashing and at first thought the switch was having problems. Turned out the flasher had worn out. I would suggest getting a new flasher and see if that solves the problem.
