I have from 54-57  service bulletins and I'm missing one from 1956. Does anyone have #P308 from 56? I have no idea whats on it as I have never seen it.

Not gonna be much help here but I"ll tell you where it is NOT listed at BigGrin

It is not listed in the Product Service Letters book availiable for T Birds.

In the T Bird book offerings it lists P-307 (dated June 5th 1956) skips P-308 and lists P-309 (dated June 8th 1956).

So whatever it is it applys specifically to passenger cars and not to T Birds.

I also wish that ALL of the service bulletins were availiable.

Good Luck in your search.

Kevin, my book from the crown victoria assn. lists P-305 and then jumps to P-309. I think the book is car specific.

Thanks for your replies. Now I really want it as its not related to the tbirds or cars so it must be TRUCK related.

Kevin

Try posting your question over in Ford Barn

http://www.fordbarn.com/latev8forum/lv8index.htm

They have been helpful to me in the past when I was seeking a really old TSB.

By the way,any chance of getting a copy of all of those bulletins?

Happy to pay what it takes.Your the first guy I know of that has almost all of them.

Thanks and Good Luck

Oldmics, the Crown Victoria Assn. sells a spiral bound book of the car bulletins. It's about 3/4" of an inch thick, 8 1/2" x 11". I think I gave $25 or $35 for it at the Hunt Valley MD convention in Aug 07.

P-308 is the Service letter Index

4 pages giving the letter number and item number of various info for P-269 - P-304 and M-120 - M-130

I am missing P-450 and P-460 also these would be about Sept 59 and Dec 59 issued

Mr4speedford was able to hook me up with P-450 and P-460 also a few others. My set now goes to P-500. I have a phone number for the P308 and more of the P228 and lower.

Oldmics: as for copies DANG! there is 3 inches of info! I'll ask the wife if shes up to it.
