There is a brand new Windshield listed on the local Kijiji for a 55-56 Ford.Seller has listed it as fitting both H/Top and Sedan Body styles.I know this does not fit both as Convert/Hardtop are the same but not the same as everything else.What is the easy measurement/or way to determine what this Windshield actually fits?

  

All 55s(except Crown) use the same windshield as 55/56 sedans,4 door hardtop and wagons.The windshields for the 55 Crown,56 two door hardtop,Crown and convertible are about two inches lower than all others.

Hi Paul! Acording to my Ford Parts Catalog 55+56 64A 64B and 64C Fairlane Crown Victoria and 56 Fairlane Victoria(2dr Ht) and 76B Fairlane Convertible use the same Windshield.Everything else uses the same(different) Windshield.So you are correct.The 55 Fairlane Victoria was a 60B and uses the same Windshield as all others for 55+56.Rereading the ad on Kijiji the Windshield is what I am looking for that fits mine.
