Hmmmm...

Passenger car oil pan sump is in the front. T-Bird and truck are in the rear. Different tubes because of the location of the tube on the block and where the mounting bracket near dipstick hand hold fastens on the engine.

Look at John Mummert's web site at www.ford-y-block.com The sixth item down, pictured on the left side of the Home page, is dip stick tubes. John's tubes are stainless steel.

IF you want an original, someone on here may be able to help. Ebay motors often has them offered, too.
