I finally figured out that there are 4 screws through the back of the steering wheel that hold the horn ring on.  I have the horn ring off.Now I'm trying to get the steering wheel itself off the shaft/splines.  I've got a puller and I've cranked on it up about as hard as I feel comfortable with.  Just wondering if I'm missing something, as it shows no sign of breaking free.   I guess I can keep cranking on the puller, but how bad are some of those old steering wheels to remove?  I've never had this kind of trouble before, but never worked on a steering wheel this old.
