My starter seems to have a Bendix issue. The Bendix is extended and engages the flywheel. I am hesitant to reinstall it with this issue. I have heard that they will "pop" back once the engine fires. The starter is currently on the bench. I have removed the Bendix assembly but am not sure how to proceed.
Also,
I just had my stock heads milled slightly to take care of a foreign object in the combustion chamber issue. When I bolt the heads back on do I have to do anything different with the rocker shafts, pushrods, etc? What is the sequence for adjusting the rockers?
Thanks!
Dave
