i didn't get any rockers, shafts or stands with my 292. i don't have any experience with shaft mounted rockers. my desoto firedome runs just fine so i have never seen the need to open it up.
what do i need to know about them? buy used? engine interchangability? will 312 rockers work. my 292 is bored to a 299.
the heads are 57-58 ECZG castings. different ratios? what's a good source for reconditioned sets?
teach me all i need to know. i'm a sponge. well, not that kind but i do seek all there is to know.
