57 Fairlane, 3 on the tree:

shifting hangs up between first and second, sometimes between 2nd and 3rd.  The rods look like they bang into each other.  Not sure if they are slightly bent or just worn out.  Any suggestions would be appreciated on a fix.  Also, if anyone can post a video of how they are supposed to look and operate, that would be greatly be appreciated!
