I got a picture of a fender emblem at a cruise-in a few weeks ago. 3.3 megapixels. Small by todays digital camera standards but it's still huge.

Do you know if Photoshop Elements or Corel Paint Shop X2 will do that?I think either program might if you spend enough time with them, just have to learn what works.
