This will bring tears to yours as it did with me allong with several choice words.  Here is goes...Bought a 312 crank last week, got it via UPS yesterday and it came in 2 pieces!!  Yes not 1 but 2!  Yes I have filed my claim with Brown and contacted the seller.  Assuming at least I get my money back is there anything that can be done to make this usable again?  Sorry really does not cover breaking something that is not reproduced any more.  Thanks
