PF Arcand (2/13/2009) Paul 2748: You said, use a drum brake Master cylinder for 4 wheel drum brakes, that's fine. However, were drums used on some Granada's ? Or was your statement a generality?Statement was a generality - I don't think Granada's came with drum brakes in the front.

I've got drums all the way around, no power. The '68 Falcon one seems the one to me. Probably the same as the '77 Maverick. Thanks guys.

1975-80 Granada if you have disc brakes. There is a power and non power one. If you have drum brakes all around, make sure the master is for 4 wheel drum brakes. They are different.
Bolt in, you use only two of the four bolts. Just put bolts in the unused holes.

i didn't see the need for an adapter just welded up the old bolt holes i guess i didn't need the adapter since i'm doing a build up not just adding it.

I used one from a 68 Falcon, bolted right in on my 59 Ford.

There are also adapter plates that allow a 2 bolt to be used in the place of a 4 bolt. I believe ECI has one.

Didn't somebody on here tell me that the master cylinder from a '77 Maverick was a direct bolt on for a '56 Ford?
