They were the only thing available in the 50-60's for our cars. Not real efficient but looked good. I guess they flow better than stock! Last set I saw went for over $600.w00t Chuck in NH

I purchased Patriot Headers, new off a guy on ebay, and have seen the in mid fifties etc, they go for about 250.00 new and they should  last a few years, i use a copper agent on the studs when installing so I can change them easily when needed.

The Patriot headers wont fit in the early cars. We have interference with the steering box and motor mounts. The only new ones available are "Reds" and they have some problems, or Jerry Christinensons setup.

The Fenton are just old and cool but not real efficient. Chuck in NH

How efficient do you think that they will be?  I like the looks of them, but if the are not better than stock I believe that I will pass.

Probably no better than the '57 up manifolds, but you'd need to try a set to find out. Tongue

the patriots fit my 56 f100, with the stock steering box, and anything is more effcient than those stock manifolds with the front cross over

I talked to him several times and he wouldn't budge. Glad he changed his mind. Now if the price is decent. The scrub 6 manifolds they make aren't bad at all. Chuck in NH

The 312 dyno mule I’m putting together is not far from being ready to do some testing and one of the first items on the agenda is some header testing.  If I had a set of Fenton’s here (on loan of course) when test time comes, those can be tested against the stock exhaust manifolds.  Besides a variety of tube headers to test, plans also include testing both the 1956 and 1957 manifolds just for a comparison between those two so a pair of Fentons added into the fray would be good.
